We motivate,
mentor and inspire youth to help them discover
Our identity enables us to know and understand who we are. It gives us a sense of self and determines how we act in certain situations.
Our identity also determines the way we see ourself, the way we think others see us and the way we think we should be.
If we don’t know who we are, our life lacks purpose and often a self destructive path of seeking approval and validation from others can follow
The transitional point from teen to adult can be a very confusing and dangerous time. Our mission is to help support and guide young people through this challenging time, help them discover their own identity giving them the safest possible transition into adulthood.
In 2023 24% of total enrolements within Australian schools received some kind of educational adjustment
The barriers that are affecting our youth and crippling our communities
Barriers such as Learning difficulties, disability, mental illness, poverty, substance abuse, absence of positive role models and the influence of generational unemployment or traumas.

Negative stressful events, such as peer rejection, move to a new school can also contribute toward negativity toward school, their own sense of belonging and eventually disengagement. But also expectations, pressures and social norms widely policed by peers, elders and the media. These often result in suppression, enactments of power, invincibility and risk taking.
It costs taxpayers on average $300,000 to keep one child within a juvenile jail for a year. Once in the system individuals are 80% more likely to reoffend and to go on to lead a non-productive adult life.
“If we can identify and give these children the support they need early, they can go on to live a life of purpose”
How we partner with Schools to identify and reduce these barriers
In a classroom of 30 young people, 7 will be dealing with a mental health issue, and 3 of those 7 won’t seek help. This means 1 in 10 students are suffering in silence. Teenage years are tough, they need support...
